Indiana Fiber Producers Association

The Indiana Fiber Producers Association is a membership organization for producers of and those who create fiber arts with all kinds of animal and plant fibers from Indiana. The purpose of the association is to educate the public on the different kinds of fiber, strengthen the value of fiber, promote fiber arts, and to make available various means for members to market their products.



Member Benefits

The value of fiber and fiber arts will be promoted and strengthened

Names of members advertised in association publications and on association website including a link to members’ business/farm websites

Members may sell products in and help staff the association booth at Indiana fiber events

Members may provide an inventory of products to sell on consignment and help work in the “It’s About Fiber” shop

Members can benefit from bulk purchase price breaks

Membership Fees

The annual membership fee is $20

Percentage of sales in the shop to be paid to the association:

10% for Board members
15% for members that work in the shop in that calendar month
20% for those who don’t work in the shop in that calendar month

Those with items to sell in the IFPA booth at fiber events split the cost of the booth and also are required to pay the percentage of sales that is the same from the shop.
